Civic Centre opening hours and reception

Our friendly, professional first points of contact teams are able to provide help and advice on an a wide variety of council services along with those provided by other key agencies and local community groups and organisations.

The first points of contact teams are located inside the main entrance on the ground floor of the Civic Centre.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
