The cashiers section of Plymouth City Council takes payments for council tax, national non domestic rates (NNDR), housing rents, tenants home contents insurance, general invoices and others.
Pay online
Unfortunately we are unable to accept online payments for parking fines. This payment method will be available shortly. The alternative payment methods stated on the Penalty Charge Notices are available. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Other ways to pay
- Telephone - you can make payments using our automated telephone payments system available 24 hours, 7 days a week, the telephone number is 01752 262243, to contact the council tax call centre telephone 01752 304924
- Direct debit - council tax and NNDR can be paid by direct debit
- Standing order - housing rent and insurance payments can be paid using standing orders
- In person - cashiers are located at the Civic Centre and the housing branch offices
- At the Post Office - council tax, housing rents and tenants home contents insurance can be paid at your local Post Office using your swipe card
- At any PayPoint outlet - council tax, housing rents and tenants home contents insurance can be paid at your PayPoint outlet using your swipe card
