We're a three star website

The purpose of Better Connected is to identify good practice in the development of local authority websites based on extensive evidence-based research.

In total, 480 websites were examined and scored on a number of criteria that support the general ethos of a website being 'useful, usable and used'.

Websites are ranked using a scoring system of one star (poor) through to four stars (excellent). This year the Plymouth City Council website was ranked as a three star website.

We're pleased to have received three stars for our website but recognise we still have work to do as we strive to improve the content, functionality and online services.
