Affordable warmth
Improving the quality of lives is a key priority of the Council. Ensuring affordable warmth is available to all, especially our most vulnerable residents, will help to achieve this aim.
The development of this strategy for Plymouth in conjunction with the local community is evidence of our commitment to the eradication of fuel poverty and the suffering it can bring. It also demonstrates how a number of different agencies can work together to solve a problem which no individual organisation could tackle by itself.
