Ask SARA - Online Self Assessment, Rapid Access

We are piloting a new service which will assist anyone who finds that they have difficulties with everyday tasks. We invite you to log on through our direct link to Ask SARA.

Ask SARA (Self Assessment, Rapid Access) is the Disabled Living Foundation's (DLF) online self-assessment tool. This consists of asking a series of questions about your health and the daily activities that you may be experiencing difficulties with. Based on your answers, a personalised report is produced, offering advice and suggested equipment which may aid you. A list of suppliers and prices are also detailed.

Family members and carers have also found this service to be helpful by making tasks easier for themselves and for the cared-for person.

By trying out this self assessment you have not affected any right you may have to an assessment through Social Services. You can use the above link to email customer services or speak to someone direct by telephoning 01752 668000 if you wish to make a referral.
