BREEAM
We are aiming to achieve a BREEAM rating of 'good' to 'excellent' for the Plymouth Life Centre project.
BREEAM is one of the most widely recognised ways of measuring a building's environmental performance. It sets the standard for best practice in sustainable building design, construction and operation.
Assessment criteria relate to a range of features including energy and water use, the internal environment (health and well-being), pollution, transport, materials, waste, ecology and management processes.
