Litter and dog bins
Litter bins are provided throughout the streets of Plymouth and litter and dog bins can be found in parks and open spaces.
All litter bins are emptied at least once a week. Areas of high frequency cleansing are emptied daily, for example, the city centre.
Report a problem with a litter bin on the street
If you notice a litter bin is overflowing, has been moved or is damaged please contact us or complete our cleaner streets online form. We will endeavour to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Report a problem with a litter or dog bin in a park
Please report any problems in these areas to park services.
For more information on litter and the laws controlling litter, please visit ENCAMS, the charity that runs the Keep Britain Tidy campaign.
