Plymouth Local Transport Plan
Every local highway authority has a responsibility to produce a Local Transport Plan (LTP). An LTP is a strategy document which sets out the long term vision for transport in that authority's area. It provides a framework for planning transport improvements in the short, medium and long term and for prioritising, when and where, money is spent.
Our current LTP (Local Transport Plan 2011 to 2026) was adopted by the City Council in April 2011 and will cover the period between 2011 and 2026.
