Customer Charter 2011
Planning Services has had a Customer Charter for over five years. These tough baseline standards have improved the quality of service delivered to customers across all areas of Planning Services, and have driven improvements in customer satisfaction. In order to achieve our new service mission we have developed a 'Plymouth Planning Pledge'. Our five pledges to our customers are:
