Why I am excluded?

Properties situated within a permit parking zone that have undergone changes resulting in an increase in parking demand are not eligible for resident parking permits. For example, a change from single occupancy to multiple occupancy or similar development.

The developer would have been made aware that residents parking permits would not be issued to the residents of the new development at the planning stage and whilst we we empathise with the situation, we are not able to arrange any resident permits for the property.
