Serious case review sub group
The Plymouth Safeguarding Children Board (PSCB) has agreed to set up a Serious Case Review sub group.
The members of the Serious Case Review sub group represent the agencies which make up the PSCB.
The members will contribute to the process of undertaking Serious Case Reviews, this includes a review of the process and paperwork.
The Board will identify which agencies will take part in a Serious Case Review and commission management reports from each agency.
The members of the sub group will be responsible for their agencies reporting, in terms of the process and will ensure that the actions of the PSCB are taken within the timescales.
