Eligibility for inclusion in the register

Anyone who is living at an address in the area administered by Plymouth City Council and is aged 18 years or over or will become 18 before the date on which the register expires; a British or other Commonwealth or Irish citizen, or a citizen of another Member State of the European Union; is eligible for inclusion in the Register.

Citizens of other European Union countries may only vote at local elections. If you wish to vote at European Parliamentary Elections you must complete FORM UCI, which may be obtained from the Electoral Registration Service or downloaded from the Electoral Commission website.
