Consulting with our customers

We carry out a regular monthly programme of customer consultation by selecting one day a month when all visitors to our office are asked to complete a simple questionnaire. The information gained from this is used to improve the service we provide to our customers.

Customer feedback results

We also carry out other forms of consultation, including questionnaires and telephone surveys on an ad-hoc basis for particular projects.

All comments we receive about our service are fully and impartially investigated so that improvements to our service can be made.
