This Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) is located in the east of Plymouth between the areas of Coxside and Cattledown and covers an area of 0.76ha. The disused quarry exposes a succession through the Devonian Plymouth Limestone which helps interpret the geological evolution of the Plymouth Limestone.
