Trip management

This page includes information on the structure and the support for planning visits that can be of either short or long duration. It gives an indication of the order activities need to take although within limits this can be varied for circumstances. Following the recommended sequence will ensure that all reasonable steps have been considered.

The planning activities are also supported by a risk data and management tool that incorporates the PSOE1 forms in electronic format. These forms are required to plan and present the details of an educational visit for approval. You can download these forms form our documents page.
