Mayflower 400 - Get Active

Led by Argyle Community Trust, professional and community sport clubs across Plymouth are set to drive participation in Mayflower 400 and create a legacy of improved health and wellbeing post 2020. There will be a combination of headline and grass roots events, ensuring that opportunities are available for people of all ages and abilities.

The Mayflower 400 - 'Get Active' initiative is part of the year long Mayflower 400 commemorations. Get Active forms part of the sports programme which will be encouraging people to move more throughout 2020 by shining a spotlight on a different sport or activity each month. January has a focus on fitness and we have arranged a series of free fitness activities for those aged 18+ that will be taking place throughout Plymouth. All of the taster activities offer an introduction and are aimed at beginners.

To enable as many people as possible to take part for free, places are limited to one taster session per person. Please choose a day and an activity from the table below then click on the Book Now button to reserve your place.
