Aylesbury Playing Fields

The wildflower meadow can be found to the north of Aylesbury Playing Field, adjacent to Cann Woods Local Nature Reserve. Species include knapweed, ragwort, yellow rattle, eyebright and white clover. Yellow rattle and eyebright are parasitic on grass so they help our wildflowers to thrive! Invertebrate species spotted include gatekeeper butterfly and bees.
