Christmas trees

Sorry, but we won’t be running Christmas tree collection points this year.

With COVID still affecting our staffing levels and less than 1% of households using the service last Christmas, we’ve decided not to run it this year. This means we can make sure other critical services keep running.

You can still take your tree to either of our recycling centres at Chelson Meadow or Weston Mill.

For emergency support outside of these hours please call 01752 668000.

There is more information available if you're looking for further support agencies and services over the Christmas period.

Libraries will close on Thursday 24 December and reopen on Monday 4 January.

Many of our library services can be found online, including access to eBooks and audiobooks, magazines and newspapers.

Follow our libraries page on Facebook and Twitter for updates on the service.
