The gender pay gap is an equality measure that shows the difference in average earnings between women and men, however, it does not show the differences in pay for comparable jobs.
Following the introduction of Gender Pay Gap reporting in April 2017, as an organisation with more than 250 employees we are legally required to report our gender pay gap to the Gender Pay Gap Service.
