Chatterbooks are reading groups for children aged between 8 and 12.

If you like books and reading, come along to meet new friends, chat about books, join in games and competitions.

#GirlCode: Plymstock Library

#GIRLCODE is a free coding class for girls aged 8-14 who want to learn to code in a fun and friendly environment.

Run by tech industry professionals (Women in STEM Plymouth), the easy and interactive session will provide hands-on experience of programming using the BBC micro:bit.
 

All equipment will be provided, and no prior experience is needed.

#GIRLCODE aims to encourage girls in the Plymouth area to consider careers in technology and software development.

Meet at Southway Library, ready to set off on an adventure at 11am. 

Come along in a costume for a short walk and a few fun stories! Aimed at confident pre-school walkers.
