Tell us if you've had problems booking a COVID-19 test

We are aware that some people in Plymouth are currently experiencing problems when attempting to book a test for coronavirus (COVID-19).

We understand that this is a national problem related to capacity in the laboratories processing the tests. This is leading to some people being told that there are no tests available, or being offered tests at sites a long distance from Plymouth.

Along with other local authorities, we are pressing for the Government to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. To help us do this, we want to hear about your testing experiences so we can pass them on to the Government.
