Three more litter offenders had their cases put before Plymouth Magistrates Court on Monday.

The court first heard the case of a woman from Keyham who in October last year left a collection of black bags in the service lane behind her property.

The bags containing mixed domestic waste was noticed by an enforcement officer over a week away from the next brown collection day.

A woman who threw litter from her vehicle has been ordered to pay a massive £752.

The 48 year-old from Hooe was found guilty in her absence at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

A fly-tipping fraudster has been slapped with a community service order.

Wayne Goldstone, 35, of Adelaide Street in Stonehouse, appeared before Plymouth Crown Court on Tuesday to be sentenced for fly-tipping, fraud and carrying scrap metal without a licence.
