Plymouth’s Tom Daley is delighted to accept the title of Honorary Freeman of the City of Plymouth.
Council Leader Nick Kelly made the announcement at yesterday’s Cabinet meeting (Tuesday 10 August) and confirmed a formal decision will be made at a special meeting of the Council on Monday 13 September.
