You can save up to £2,580 a year with a season ticket. They're valid every day in the following car parks.

Buy a season ticket from the Customer Service Lodge on the entrance level to Theatre Royal car park. It's open Monday to Sunday 8am - 6pm. The Customer Service Parking Officer will take payment and issue a car park access card.

Mutley Plain

Buy a season ticket from the Customer Service Lodge at Mutley Plain car park. It's open Monday to Saturday 8am - 10am and 4pm - 6pm. The Customer Service Parking Officer will take payment and issue a car park access card.

Derry’s Cross, Elphinstone, Mayflower Street West, Meavy Way, North Hill  and Plymstock Broadway

Your permit will not be activated until it has been successfully approved. Please allow up to two working days for your change of vehicle request to be processed. Even though you have applied for permit, you still cannot park until you have received a permit activation email notification. Once your permit has been activated the vehicle details are securely stored so our patrol officers can check a vehicle has a valid permit on their handheld computers. This is a virtual permit so there is nothing to display in your vehicle.

Terms and conditions

  • The permit holder is required to comply with all car park terms and conditions as displayed on the tariff board at the Car Park.
  • The vehicle must at all times be roadworthy with valid road tax, insurance and MOT.
  • Plymouth City Council cannot guarantee a parking space will always be available.
  • Plymouth City Council will process all information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The authority will use any data collected for the purpose of processing and validating the relevant permit and other associated purposes. We are required by law to protect the public funds we administer. We may share/check this information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds, in order to prevent and detect fraud. These bodies include other council departments, other public authorities and other enforcement agencies.
