A water efficiency calculation needs to be carried out on newly constructed homes or homes created by a change of use.
The calculation must be carried out in accordance with the 'sanitation, hot water safety and water efficiency' building regulations.
Our team of fully qualified assessors (known as ESconsult) can provide a water efficiency calculation.
It is unlikely that enough flow rate information will be available at the time of your application but we're happy to make a provisional calculation (prior to the fittings/appliances being installed) but we can't issue a full completion certificate until we have received all information.
