The Draft Tall Buildings Strategy was produced as evidence for the Local Development Framework (LDF) and informed the 'Tall Building Zone of Opportunity' included in the Core Strategy and amplified in the relevant Area Action Plans and Supplementary Planning Documents: Sustainable design, which is now the key document relating to tall building proposals in Plymouth.
