'Plymouth's Offers and Asks' is the culmination of conversations between key organisations across Plymouth. It sets out a number of areas where we want to negotiate with Government; either in terms of increased funding, with added flexibility; or for a commitment to invest in major programmes or sectors; or for support with specific high profile projects. This narrative can be continually reinforced with Government and Whitehall by City leaders, including through partners on One Plymouth, Elected Members and our MPs.
