PSAP Business Plan

Developed with the input of all partners, and designed to be an organic document, capable of responding to issues raised by partners or identified by data monitoring.

Partners self-assessment

Partners are involved in developing and completing a self-assessment, based on their safeguarding performance and their engagement and involvement in the PSAP business plan.

Safeguarding Adult Reviews (SARs)

SARs provide valuable assurance based on in depth research into an individual safeguarding case.

Annual system audit

Each year a specific part of the safeguarding system is identified to be audited, informed by data and feedback from partners.

Partner feedback

Any challenges for agencies that may impact on their safeguarding performance. Can be fed into the Business Plan, which gives it a wider and richer view of the safeguarding world.

Individual interviews

A central part of the Engagement Project, with people who have been through the safeguarding process, providing actionable information and powerfully telling their stories.
