Plymotion case study

16 organisations pledged to work with Plymotion in the 12 months following the launch; 7 of which went forward within 12 months.

As a result of their involvement in Thrive Plymouth a new Walking group for PCC staff was launched in September. They also took part in the following four meetings.

  • Plymouth Business Show, in Thrive area provided valuable opportunity to talk about the Plymotion project
  • Chamber of commerce breakfast hosted by PLUSS at the Aquarium 19th Aquarium (provided an opportunity to deliver PTP to attendees and to network)
  • Although our involvement predated Thrive (with what was then called Business Health Network), Thrive has strengthened our connective with the Livewell Wellbeing at Work Forum.
  • Potential new involvement with Devon and Cornwall Police (register of stolen cycles) and Pluss (job clubs) generated
