Scoping Report
This document is the Scoping Report for the sustainability appraisal of Plymouth's future Local Development Framework (LDF) documents.
It aims to:
- Identify existing sustainability issues in Plymouth
- Summarise existing sustainability objectives from other relevant plans and programmes which need to be considered throughout the plan-making process
- Define a framework by which to test Local Development Framework documents for sustainability as they proceed through the different stages of the plan making process.
