During year three of Thrive Plymouth we worked with our libraries and community groups on a range of projects to help improve local people’s health and wellbeing. Find out more about Thrive Plymouth.
New Home, New You video
New Home, New You is a joint initiative between Plymouth Community Homes (PCH), Plymouth City Council and Livewell Southwest. The project aims to help tenants moving into a new PCH home to find out how they can make positive lifestyle changes to help achieve the sense of wellbeing they aspire to. It was launched in 2017 and forms part of our Thrive Plymouth.
Improving Lives Plymouth and Thrive Plymouth video
Formerly known as Plymouth Guild, Improving Lives Plymouth is a local charity established in 1907 runs information, advice and support services for people with disabilities and long term conditions. They also help prospective volunteers find interesting and rewarding volunteering opportunities and support organisations to provide volunteering programmes.
