Weston Mill Cemetery and Crematorium open day

We're holding an open day on Saturday 13 May 2017 at Weston Mill Cemetery and Crematorium. You're invited to take a behind the scenes look around the facilities with an interesting tour of the crematorium

As well as a look behind the scenes you can also find out about memorial schemes available at the crematorium to remember a loved one. Tours of the cemetery will include visits to some interesting memorials, including that of Dame Aggie Weston; the first woman ever to be given a full ceremonial Royal Navy funeral and Edward Claude Derwin who famously survived an encounter with infamous WW1 German fighter pilot the Red Baron. There will also be the opportunity for people to trace the final resting place of a family member or ancestor.
