As a Council we are committed to being a fair city and treating everyone with respect and dignity. Under our Public Sector Equality Duty we must publish one or more Equality Objectives every four years. We last set Equality Objectives in 2020 and are now required to do so again by 1 April 2024.
To help us set appropriate Equality Objectives for 2024 to 2028 which reflect the needs of our workforce and our communities we are gathering feedback on our draft objectives.
