Hartley ParkFormerly known as Hartley Pleasure Gardens, Hartley Park offers views north east to Dartmoor National Park

The highly undulating nature of the park is as a result of spoil dumped when construction of the adjacent reservoir was carried out between 1859 to 1862. The reservoir was open air until 1982 when it was given a concrete roof and grassed over.
