A by-election is being held in the Efford and Lipson ward this Thursday (15 June), following the sad passing of Councillor Brian Vincent in April.
Polls will open at 7am and close at 10pm.

Don't forget that it is now a legal requirement to show eligible photo ID to vote in person at a polling station.
