Our new website goes live today. If you're looking for something or want to carry out a transaction then you should find yourself on new.plymouth.gov.uk. Our Newsroom is still on the old site for now, but will move across in the next couple of weeks.
The new site may feel familiar if you've used GOV.UK, it's been designed using the same principles with a focus on accessibility, We've also made it easier to use if you're on a mobile device as we know that's how most people visit the site.
Although the site looks different, the structure and content is the same for now. Next we'll be looking at redesigning the content and information architecture so the site is easier to navigate and our information is clearer and easy to understand.
We have been doing a lot of checks over the last few weeks to try and make the move to the new site as seamless as possible. If you do spot something that looks wrong, you can let us know using the feedback link on the page or via the smiley faces at the bottom of every page.
