Family Hubs aim to join up and enhance services, making sure all children, young people and families can access the support they need, where and when they need it, before problems get bigger.
Strong, supportive families make up stable communities, thriving children and young people and happier individuals. Investing in families and making sure they get the help they need with their children, from birth through to adulthood, improves children’s educational attainment, safety, wellbeing and life chances, while also improving wider outcomes such as mental health and employment.
