Services for Children, Young People and Families is a rewarding place to extend your leadership skills and facilitate successful outcomes. We are an effective, co-located management team who meet regularly to collaborate on our vision for success. This includes recognising both outstanding practice, and practice that can benefit from development. As a learning organisation, we place opportunities for insight and reflection at the heart of our performance-monitoring framework. At this level, opportunities for development are bespoke, because we recognise that people have different requirements and may need a tailored approach. We have a good track- record of supporting internally promoted managers, Independent Chairs and Practice Educators. We also welcome the insights and experiences new people bring to our service.
