We have reviewed our Corporate Parenting Strategy 'The Sky’s the Limit’ with our cared for and care experienced young people. We have updated The Sky’s the Limit, making it even more aspirational and accessible in 2025.
Our Corporate Parenting Strategy has been called “The Sky’s the Limit” since 2021 when young people chose the name. We all continue to believe that this is a a great title because there is no limit to what you can achieve with our support to reach your goals, your ambitions and to work together to make things better.
Being a “Corporate Parent” means that everyone who works with children in care and care leavers has a shared responsibility to support, care for, and stand up for you - just like any good parent would. We want to make sure you have every chance to grow, thrive and chase your dreams and ambitions as part of our big Plymouth family.
