This abandoned family home was left to decay for 15 years and had a number of issues. There had been a huge ingress of rainwater, there was a rotten conservatory and massively overgrown gardens. We worked in partnership with the mortgage lender to get the property repossessed and sold. The new owners have restored the property and it has seen an incredible transformation. The property has now been sold and occupied.
