The illegal dumping of rubbish is called fly-tipping. We'll clear it up within 10 days of it being reported, or within 24 hours if it includes dangerous waste like needles.
If the rubbish is on private land you can either remove this yourself, or you can call 01752 668000 for a quote for Plymouth City Council to remove.
