Role Profiles

Baseline role profiles have been written for schools and are available your use below. Information contained in the heading of the role profile can be amended for individual schools, however if you need to modify the content of the role profile to reflect the role at your school the changes you make will need to be checked by the grading team. If you would like to do this simply:

  • choose the most relevant role profile from the list below
  • make changes to the document using track changes and complete relevant grading form - see the grading of post page
  • email all paperwork to grading@plymouth.gov.uk

This will need to be completed prior to recruiting into the role so that you can be sure the duties of the role you require are fully evaluated.

In addition to the role profiles below, the role profile list below contains the Job Numbers and Grades of baseline roles. If you use these job numbers you must ensure the duties are as specified in the role profile.
