If you are looking to run in a group, RunTogether is a social running programme designed to provide fun, friendly, supportive and inclusive running opportunities for everyone locally. You'll need to become a RunTogether member (which is free) and complete a simple consent/registration form before taking part.
Become a running leader
You don't need experience in running to become a running leader, just a passion for helping others succeed. If you want to become a running leader you'll need to complete the online Leadership in Running Fitness course. For more information visit the England Athletics website.
