We run two main surveys which are circulated to residents on alternate years; the City Survey and the Residents’ Survey. We use the results from these surveys as a way of understanding residents’ perceptions and feelings about their city, their community, and their life and also about their satisfaction with the Council and the services we deliver.
The City Survey
The city survey is sent to households across Plymouth to capture an insight into their perceptions and feelings about the city, their community, and their life. The survey happens every other year. The findings are published on our Plymouth city survey page.
The Residents' Survey
The Residents' Survey is sent to households across Plymouth to help us understand residents' satisfaction with the Council and the services we delivery. The survey happens every other year. The findings will published later this year.
