Parking and bus lane fines

If you receive a parking or bus lane fine don't ignore, it could cost you more.

If you want to appeal, it is a legal requirement that all challenges are made in writing, which can be done online (using the button below). You'll need to have the Penalty Charge Notice number (beginning PL) and the vehicle registration to pay or appeal.

We will normally send replies to appeals by email (if provided), please check your junk mail folder and spam filters in case our reply gets directed there. Alternatively you can send a letter in the post, however we cannot accept responsibility for postal delays and recommend the online option is used wherever possible.

If your challenge is received within the discount period, the fine will be put on hold while we consider your comments. If we accept your challenge we'll cancel your fine and tell you in writing. If we reject your challenge we'll inform you in writing and offer you a 14 day period to make the discounted payment as full and final payment to close the case. Your options to contest the fine further will be outlined in the rejection letter.

If you have 3 or more unpaid or unchallenged Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) we can remove your vehicle.
