The Green Space Strategy is a key step towards protecting and improving Plymouth's green spaces. It provides a vision and objectives for how we would like to see green spaces planned and managed. It will help to secure attractive, safe and easily accessible spaces for all to enjoy.
Plymouth's Green Space Strategy forms part of the Local Development Framework evidence base and a background report has also been prepared to accompany the strategy.
*A space shown as accessible green space on Figure 2, page 11 of the Green Space Strategy has public access to parts of it, but this doesn't mean that there is a full right of access across the whole green space shown on the diagram. Members of the public should keep to waymarked public rights of way and follow site-based access information.
