RingGo season tickets
Most season tickets are available via RingGo. Once payment is processed, your season ticket will start immediately.
- Purchase your season ticket on the day you want it to start from
- Season tickets are virtual so there is nothing to display
- Vehicle details are securely stored so our officers can check a vehicle has a valid parking session on their handheld computers.
RingGo is available, using a free smartphone app which can be downloaded from the relevant store for your phone’s operating system. You will need to enter the location code of the Car Park.
For employers and employees, there is a scheme called RingGo corporate. This allows businesses to set up a prepaid account, which nominated employees can use to pay for their parking when on business. This will then produce an itemised VAT (Value Added Tax) invoice to assist with any claims to HMRC.
Terms and conditions
- the season ticket holder is required to comply with all car park terms and conditions as displayed on the tariff board at the car park
- the vehicle must at all times be roadworthy with valid road tax, insurance and MOT
- Plymouth City Council cannot guarantee a parking space will always be available
- Plymouth City Council will process all information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
