Charge your electric vehicle

You can charge your electric vehicle at pay as you go chargepoints in Plymouth. The chargepoints are either 7kw or 22kw mode three twin head chargepoints using type two connectors (not provided) and were funded by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles. Most vehicles will be fully charged in three to five hours.

To use a chargepoint you need to register your details with Pod Point. You can register or download the app from the Pod Point website, email support@pod-point.com or phone 020 7247 4114.

Pay as you go chargepoints

Charging costs £1 an hour - this is an hourly charge which is payable until you unplug your vehicle even after it's fully charged. You can stop charging at any time using the Pod Point app.
