Glen road bus stop barrier improvement

The proposal removes the 3 pairs of barriers in this area to help access for mobility scooters and disability adapted cycles. This removes the current pinch points, reducing conflict between pedestrians and cyclists. A bollard is proposed on the path to the front of the bus stop to discourage cyclists from taking this route. Signage would be added to clarify the shared use path behind the bus stop, and the bin would be relocated to increase the width available.
