Old laira road barrier improvement

The proposal relocates and shortens the existing barrier fence, bringing it closer to the traffic counter box. It also widens the path and relocates the signpost. This creates a wider space that allows mobility scooters, adapted cycles and standard cycles to get around the barrier without having to go onto the grass. It also makes the approach to the Old Laira Road crossing at a less sharp angle, improving visibility and positioning.
